Camp Florida is happy to welcome guests and renters into our neighborhood. Property owners are free to rent their lots and homes. However, renters must be aware of Camp Florida’s rules and regulations, and they are subject to removal if they fail to adhere to these restrictions. Renters must remember that they are visitors in a neighborhood where many people live year-round, much like their own hometown neighborhoods. They need to treat Camp Florida property and amenities with respect at all times.
Camp Florida is a highly rated, gated community with 397 sites. It’s located on the shores of Grassy Lake, a 530 acre body of water, 2.23 miles long. Residents of the park enjoy a large clubhouse, an Olympic-sized saltwater pool, tennis and pickle ball courts, bocce ball, horseshoes and a putting green. Our activities committees are always busy. On any give day, you can certainly find something that peaks your interest, from holiday and weekly meals to exciting entertainment, poker and other card games, bingo, and quilting, (and shuffleboard, of course!), just to name a few.
Our POA dues are some of the most reasonable around, and our maintenance crew is the absolute best, even taking care of mowing and trimming the lawn on all lots!
